Dial Direct Provides Funeral Cover

Dial Direct Insurance, the short-term insurance company specialising in direct motor and household insurance, is now offering funeral cover as an added benefit to its policy holders and the general consumer.

We soon realised that offering a funeral policy would be well received and after extensive research to find the perfect partner to assist us in bringing a quality offering to the public, at reasonable premiums, we decided on Assupol Life to underwrite our funeral offering."

"What makes the Dial Direct Funeral Policy so unique is the fact that it offers cover for people who are HIV Positive or are living with AIDS, something that isn't often offered by other funeral policies in the market. In addition, there is only a three month waiting period before the insured is fully covered and the policy holder can add cover for the members' spouse and five dependent children. The insured can also elect to add additional members to the policy, such as parents or domestic staff. The policy pays out double the insured amount should the main member's death be due to accidental causes.
